My Take:
In this modern day fairytale, Cinderella is the girl who rescues her prince instead of the prince rescuing her, as we all know from the original story. This movie shows a twist in Cinderella's character and presents her in a new light. I like how Cinderella is strong in this film and the message of female empowerment is clear to the young and young at heart audience.
